Join us this festive season as Satchmo's Corner proudly takes part in Rugby's most exciting cocktail experience.
The Cocktail Strut returns for Christmas 2025, offering a wonderfully spirited journey through the town's finest cocktail venues, and we're delighted to welcome guests through our doors as part of this special evening.
Guided by Fizz, the manager and head mixologist of the Aviary Bar, this isn't your typical walking tour. Think of it as a cocktail strut with purpose and panache, where the rich history of mixology meets the warm hospitality of Rugby's most interesting venues. Over the course of four and a half hours, you'll discover five exceptional locations, each offering a carefully crafted cocktail paired with delicious nibbles, whilst learning the fascinating stories behind these classic drinks.
At Satchmo's Corner, we'll be showcasing our passion for exceptional drinks as one of the evening's stops. Our beautiful Church Street location, with its eclectic decor and historic charm, provides the perfect backdrop for savouring a seasonal cocktail. It's a chance to experience what makes each of Rugby's cocktail destinations unique, whilst celebrating the festive spirit in good company.
This Christmas edition focuses on winter classics and seasonal favourites, making it an ideal way to embrace the festivities with friends or fellow cocktail enthusiasts. Your ticket includes five cocktails, five accompaniments, and the expertise of a guide who has written extensively about cocktail history. You'll also receive a map highlighting cocktail venues across town, and the convenience of a single identification check at the start of the evening.
The event begins at 6:00 PM and is suitable for guests aged eighteen and over. Tickets are extremely limited and expected to sell out quickly, following the success of the previous strut earlier this year. Mocktail alternatives are available, and vegan options can be arranged upon request.
