This year, Satchmo's Corner is delighted to be marking National Poetry Day, which falls on Thursday 1 October 2026. The 2026 theme is Wonder, and we're planning something special to celebrate it in our own style.

We can't share the full details just yet, but we're busy putting together an event that brings together everything we love best: great food and drink, a beautiful setting, and the simple pleasure of words shared among friends. Keep an eye on this page, and on our Facebook and Instagram, where we'll be announcing the line-up, timings and how to book in the coming weeks.
